Introduction to Assisted Stretching Workshops
Join me in a workshop where you will be introduced to basic assisted stretching techniques for muscles worked through regular cycling and running.
Assisted stretching is stretching that is facilitated by a partner and has added benefits to self stretch. During the workshop, you will be introduced to the experience of receiving AS on a variety of muscles. Following that you will be instructed on the correct technique for performing AS on a partner – you can take this away to use with training buddies.
The workshop is 1 hour long and includes a handout to take away to help you remember technique pointers.
