
Being from New Zealand originally, like a lot of Kiwis, I have grown up being very active in sport and exercise. I swam at a national level in New Zealand when younger as well as trying my hand at a load of other sports at school and university.
Today I am active in swimming, cycling and running, competing in 2 or so triathlon or duathlon events per year and 5km or 10km charity running races. I also love snowboarding, climbing and the occasional boxing workout. Despite my best efforts, rugby is in my blood and I enjoy watching the All Blacks and Six Nations games.
I have been living and working in the great city of London for over 7 years and after retraining and working part-time in health and fitness, I am winding up my IT career as we speak to launch my health and fitness business full time. I’m very inspired by this industry, especially the people that I get to work with and help and I’m passionate about the positive effects good health and fitness can have on the lives of anyone.
